The British Columbia Outcomes Working Group (OWG) oversees all aspects of the project, from data collection to the reporting of survey results. The OWG is a longstanding partnership among the Ministry of Advanced Education, colleges, university colleges, institutes, Thompson Rivers University, and a number of system-wide organizations, including the Senior Academic Administrators' Forum, the Senior Educational Services Officers' Committee, and the BC Council on Admissions and Transfer.
